"My creative process goes hand in hand with the deep affection I feel for the natural world around me. I am drawn to the elegance of the ordinary, the innocence and wisdom of an animal, the light of a scene. Watercolor allows me to express how I see and feel nature on a deeper level and to experiment with the experience of color. I am captivated by the soft yet powerful work that can be created with this medium, and the sense of letting go that it instills in me. It is humbling. To help further my creative journey, all my works are original (no prints are made)."
